Shipping & Delivery
1. What are your delivery times?
At Beauty By Sha, we offer fast delivery times depending on your location and product availability:
- Netherlands: 1–3 working days for items in stock.
- United Kingdom: 3–8 working days for items in stock.
- For items not in stock, delivery takes 3–10 working days.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer worldwide shipping. We deliver to select regions only. During checkout, you can confirm if we ship to your address.
3. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size of your order. The exact costs will be displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can email us at info@beautybysha.com to update your shipping address.
Tracking My Order
1. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this link to monitor your delivery status.
2. I haven’t received my tracking link. What should I do?
If you don’t receive a tracking email within 2 days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at info@beautybysha.com.
3. My tracking says my order is delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors or your local delivery service.
- If the issue persists, reach out to us at info@beautybysha.com for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused.
- Be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Include all tags and accessories.
2. How do I initiate a return?

3. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
4. How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process refunds within 4–9 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order for the desired product.
